I'm in Abilene, TX area looking for in-person breastfeeding support -- will you come to my home?
Yes! I do provide in-home support in Abilene, however all home visits are required to book this 20 minute session first to ensure I have an understanding of your goals & needs to optimize the experience of your in home visit. The fee for this Q&A Call will be discounted from your home breastfeeding support package. Home visits will incur a distance based travel fee.
Is this covered by insurance?
In order to provide the highest level care possible, Little Bear Lactation is an out-of-network provider. This call is eligible for FSA/HSA and we can provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement utilizing your out of network benefits.
How much is a full consultation?
It depends ... we have a variety of education and support options for moms who want to breastfeed and create custom programs based on your needs.
Most Education & Support packages start around $127 -- how much you invest will determine on you & your baby's individual needs & goals. Little Bear Lactation works hard to ensure access to the highest quality care for the most reasonable investment
Will this really help me?
Everyone's situation is unique -- I can't promise a better latch immediately (although I have seen that happen!!!) but I can promise you'll feel informed and confident as you move forward with breastfeeding
