IBCLC Created Online Breastfeeding Prep

Most Breastfeeding Classes teach you how breastfeeding should work.

This one teaches you what to do when it doesn’t.

Learn how to get a comfortable latch, not just what one looks like. Understand what protects milk supply, not just how milk is made. And know exactly what to do if someone says your baby needs formula and you're unsure.

Figure it out now, so you’re not figuring out breastfeeding alone at 3:46 am with a hungry newborn in your arms.

You can want to breastfeed desperately, but still end up blindsided by the reality.

When you're exhausted in the hospital and someone says "Maybe your baby just needs formula", and everything feels overwhelming, will you know what to do?

These moms didn't need to try harder, they just needed information before the moment they needed to apply it...

Meet your Instructor

Jaimie Zaki, LPN, IBCLC

As a mom of 5, and lactation consultant that has been supporting women through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum since 2016, I know how breastfeeding challenges can surprise moms, and amplify exhaustion and overwhelm. Nearly every new mom I worked with said "why didn't anyone tell me this sooner"... until I created the Confident Mama Breastfeeding Academy.

Now the moms I work with who completed the class tell me breastfeeding wasn't as scary as they thought it would be because they knew how to make informed, confident decisions, even when things weren't perfect.

Now let me walk you through the practical information, real life scenarios, and the framework to protect your breastfeeding goals and make decisions with confidence, not fear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to attend the class live?

No, you'll have full access to the Academy's on-demand video lessons & downloadable PDFs to access any time.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of this course, no refunds are available. If you have any questions, concerns or need additional support it's available.

Is this class for first time moms only?

Definitely not. This program is designed for any mother who wants a positive breastfeeding experience. If you've had another baby and breastfed before but it's been a while, or you had a tough time, this program can help you create a better experience and feel more confident in the questions you ask this time.

I'm really nervous about breastfeeding, is there anything else I need to do?

After joining the Academy, you'll be invited to join my private perinatal breastfeeding support program where we can meet privately to discuss your personal concerns, and create a personalized breastfeeding plan. Plus you get built in personalized support the first few weeks after baby arrives.

What if I take the class and still have breastfeeding issues?

That happens sometimes! This class isn't designed to prevent all feeding issues, but help you navigate them confidently and calmly. If you need personalized support, you can book a virtual lactation consultation to create a plan and implement solutions. But trust me, with this class, navigating that will be much smoother.

Do I have to attend the class live?

No, you'll have full access to the Academy's on-demand video lessons & downloadable PDFs to access any time.

Why should I take this class instead of the free hospital/insurance class?

Those classes are a great option, but they usually cover surface level breastfeeding material. They teach you what breastfeeding is "supposed" to look like. They don't teach you what to do if your personal experience doesn't match the textbook...

Won't the nurses show me what to do?

Yep! They will. Some nurses have extensive breastfeeding experience and knowledge, others don't. Most moms say their nurses gave them very mixed and conflicting advice, which left them more confused. Even if there is an IBCLC at the hospital, you may not meet with them based on timing you give birth or because of high patient loads they may not be able to dedicate the time you deserve.

I've seen other classes cheaper. Why is this worth the investment?

This program includes Breastfeeding Basics, Navigating Latching Trouble, Building a Strong Milk Supply, and various additional workshops that teach you how to navigate common but unexpected feeding issues. We also provide PDFs for quick access in the hospital if you need extra support/guidance and reminders. If I taught you all of this in person, it would take multiple visits.

This class originally sold for $197, but after much prayer I chose to reduce the price to $97 to make it more accessible for all women who plan to breastfeed.
